Functional introduction:
◆ One-button measurement operation, delayed automatic power off. The shutdown current is only 20nA, supporting battery operation.
◆ Automatically detect PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N, P channel MOSFET, JFET field effect tube, diode, double diode, thyristor, resistor, capacitor, inductor. Automatic detection of pin definition.
◆ Measure the current amplification factor (B) and the on-state voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction of bipolar transistors. Darlington transistors can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.
◆ The protection diode inside the bipolar transistor and MOSFET can be detected and displayed on the screen.
◆ Measure the threshold voltage and gate capacitance value of MOSFET.
◆ Support the measurement of two resistors, and the potentiometer can also be measured. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end of it, the tester cannot distinguish the pins in the middle and at both ends.
◆ The resolution of resistance measurement is 0.1 ohm, and the highest measurement value is 50M ohm.
◆ The capacitance measurement range is from 25pf to 100mF (100,000 UF). The resolution can reach 1 pF, and the inductance measurement range is 0.01MH-20H, otherwise it will be displayed as a resistor. If the DC resistance value of the inductor is higher than 2100 ohms, it will also be displayed as a resistor.
◆ The equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors above 2UF can be detected with a resolution of 0.01 ohms. This function is very important for detecting capacitor performance.
◆ The correct direction symbol can be displayed for two diodes, and the forward voltage drop can be displayed at the same time.
◆ The LED is detected as a diode, and the forward voltage drop is higher than the normal value. The dual light-emitting diode is detected as a dual diode. The light-emitting diode will flash during the detection.
◆ Each test takes about two seconds, and only large capacitance and inductance measurements will take a long time.

Calibration method:
Short-circuit the three test terminals, enter the test, and the screen prompts the calibration steps. When prompted to disconnect the short-circuit, disconnect the three test terminals and the calibration will continue. When prompted to connect a capacitor of more than 100nF to pins 1-3, the program will automatically enter the next step after connecting the 1uF calibration capacitor provided. The calibration can be completed by restarting after the calibration is completed.
