Refund policy

Before the goods are shipped out of the warehouse, if you choose to refund for your own reasons, you will bear the refund fee, and we will refund your remaining funds after deducting the fee.

When you receive the goods, please check each item carefully. If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, please contact us to replace the goods or apply for compensation.

In order to complete your exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with proof of your purchase.
