I. Shipping Methods

Processing Time

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your package, as well as the shipping country and shipping method.

Shipping Address

Please provide the correct delivery address in English. We will not be responsible for the inability to receive the package due to the wrong delivery address. If you choose PayPal payment, please make sure that your delivery address is the same as the PayPal registered address, otherwise we have reasons to refuse delivery.

II. Import Information

Please note that you may be liable for import VAT or sales tax in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by THANOS MINING.

III. Tracking Your Delivery

After payment, we will ship your package within 1-2 business days except items are out of stock. Within 1-2 business days of your order being shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for each order. You can keep track of your package's transit information at any time by using the tracking number.

IV. Delivery Conditions

1. All orders will be shipped to the delivery address you specify when you place your order. After shipping, this address cannot be changed.

2. Please ensure that someone is available on the day of delivery to receive the goods.

3. In the event that you are not at home when delivery is attempted, Express company will make further attempts to deliver the package to you or deposit it in a safe place for your collection.

4. If all delivery attempts prove unsuccessful, shipping companies will normally return the package. In this case, you will not be entitled to any compensation. Should the item(s) be successfully returned to THANOS MINING, we will gladly send the items again following payment of shipping costs.
