the OM520/OM550 low-temperature solder pastes deliver exceptionally high process yields for both printing and reflow in through-hole applications.
They support printing speeds of up to 100 mm/s (4 in/s) on fine circular pads measuring 0.30 mm (0.12 in),
achieve excellent in-circuit test (ICT) pass rates,
and meet IPC, Bellcore, and JIS standards for electrical reliability.

Three different specifications are available:
OM550 / OM520 / CVP520.
